Phil St. James
Phil St. James was born and raised in the Williamsport area. Phil spent 20 years serving our country in the Navy, working on aircraft carriers, with the Pentagon, and in other high level capacities. Phil has been all over the world including serving overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Phil’s concentration and area of expertise is in the area of Business Administration. Since retiring, he decided to move his family back to the area and has worked for a few companies further broadening his business and accounting experience before coming here to join the team at Impact Advertising.
