The City of Williamsport asked Impact to create a full content management system with multiple admin roles for each of their departments to edit their own information. The CMS is very easy and was created exclusively for the City of Williamsport. Impact also created a new template a few years later and re-skinned the existing content with a new look and feel. There are many different plugins created to perform specific activities like add meeting notes, codified ordinances, and much more throughout the CMS.
