However, Impact’s copywriters and graphic artists demonstrated, as usual, why Albarano Construction commissioned them to execute the campaign. The headline succinctly and beautifully qualifies individuals interested in “single-floor living,” while the featured artist’s rendering conveys immediately the beauty and unique character of the homes. Once the viewer is drawn in, the bottom portion of the ad explains quickly the details and benefits of the homes, and closes with a strong call to action, featuring a unique, trackable URL. This ad was deployed over a span of six months, in both full-page and half-page formats, totaling nearly 500,000 impressions.
