Phil St. James was born and raised in the Williamsport area. Phil spent 20 years serving our country in the Navy, working on aircraft carriers, serving at the Pentagon, and in other high level capacities. Phil has been all over the world including serving overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Phil’s concentration and area of expertise is in the area of Business Administration. Since retiring, he decided to move his family back to the area and is our Office Manager and Book Keeper. He works closely with our Accountant Mary Kitchen. For payables and receivables, Phil’s the man.
